BatchME, a process control system developed by Montelektro’s experts, has become a registered trademark.
By registering the trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), BatchME has gained an additional level of legal protection, allowing Montelektro to define the rules governing its use and protecting against unauthorized use, misuse, and fraud. As a visible confirmation of the registered trademark, the “®” symbol will now appear alongside the BatchME logo.
In addition to legal protection, trademark registration also helps strengthen and position BatchME as a recognizable software solution in the international market.
BatchME was developed to manage and automate production processes and is now used in more than 130 breweries worldwide. This makes it one of the key software solutions in Montelektro’s portfolio, with the company’s technologies being implemented in industrial systems on a global scale.
With the registration of BatchME, Montelektro has further strengthened its intellectual property rights. Following DFP (Digital Factory Portal), BatchME is the company’s second software solution over which it holds intellectual property rights.
Trademark protection therefore represents another step in developing BatchME as an in-house technology product and in its continued international positioning.
