That is why Montelektro participates every year in career days organized by technical universities in Croatia.
Following the start of the new school year in October 2025 and participation in Open Door and Career Days at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Information Technology at the University of Osijek, Montelektro continued engaging with students through three separate events: Job Fair organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing of Zagreb University, Job Fair organized by the Engineering Faculty of the Rijeka University and TVZ Carrer Day organized by Zagreb University of Applied Sciences.
The largest job fair in Croatia is organized by FER. Over two days, more than 1,000 future electrical and software engineers met with representatives of over a hundred technology companies to explore employment opportunities.
In addition to gathering information at the Montelektro booth, those interested in learning more about engineering careers at Montelektro heard from Arno Ružička, an experienced engineer and project manager in the Brewing Division, during the Tech Talk “Engineering Without Borders,” as he shared his professional journey and the valuable work and life experience he has gained at the company.
In addition to this event, the students from Zagreb had the opportunity to learn about Montelektro at a TVZ Career Day held two weeks later.
With its headquarters in Kastav, Montelektro places special emphasis on collaborating with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Rijeka and supporting events at the leading technical institution in this part of Croatia.
Within the same concept, the above-mentioned fairs, company employees, and faculty alumni shared their professional experiences with current students by presenting a wide range of possibilities for cooperation with Montelektro: student internships, support in master’s thesis preparation, student jobs, scholarships, and, finally, permanent employment.
