The 26th edition brought together more than 150 senior leaders from the brewing industry, creating a dynamic platform for discussions on innovation in sustainability, production processes, and product development. The conference provided valuable opportunities for networking, as well as for exchanging insights on current trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping both the Spanish and global brewing sectors.
Led by Brewing Division Director Albert Benčić, the Montelektro team showcased the company’s comprehensive portfolio of services and solutions for both greenfield and brownfield projects. The presentation addressed the industry’s growing demands for production optimization, improved energy efficiency, enhanced operational performance, and consistent product quality.
A key highlight of Montelektro’s participation was the Digital Factory Portal (DFP), an Industry 4.0 platform designed to transform large volumes of industrial data into meaningful, actionable insights, and to empowers breweries to better manage complex production environments and unlock measurable performance improvements.
Automation experts and brewing technology specialists, Project Manager Arno Ružička and DFP Product Manager Vedran Tubin, delivered a dedicated presentation on the platform. They demonstrated how DFP leverages industrial data to increase production efficiency and ensure product quality—through advanced production scheduling, seamless system integration, real-time visibility across all production phases, and full product traceability.
