For many years, Montelektro has supported educational institutions and students by providing opportunities to enhance their knowledge and gain practical experience.

In addition to organizing student internship programs and supporting the projects of student organizations, Montelektro offers a scholarship program for students who, during the internship program, demonstrate motivation, knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Thus, every year, after completing the summer internship program, the top-performing students are awarded a scholarship from Montelektro. This scholarship is provided monthly until the end of their regular studies and also presents an opportunity for them to secure a job after graduation.

The scholarship amount is set to the maximum allowed by Croatian law for student financing.

This year, eleven new students from various technical faculties became Montelektro’s scholars, bringing the total number of scholars since the program’s launch to fifty-five.

Nearly all former scholars are now employees of Montelektro, so it is expected that the group of eleven will follow the same path.

On occassion of signing of the Scholarship Agreement, the students were welcomed by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Edvin Šafranko and Director of Automation and Innovation  Mr. Krešimir Bušić.
