Organization of the PLC Hackathon
As a traditional Platinum Sponsor of the PLC Hackathon competition, which is organized by EESTEC Zagreb and IEEE and supported by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Montelektro was in charge of creating a task that the competitors should have resolved within 24 hours.

Matija Žanko and Vedran Bunčić, our experienced automation engineers created a task on programming PLC for a part of the mashing process, an indispensable segment of the brewing process generally.
Among 11 teams that competed in the hackathon, only one team consisting of three electrical engineering students managed to resolve the task and thus won first place and the appropriate financial award.
Platinum sponsorship provided Montelektro an opportunity to additionally present its services and career opportunities to the members of student organizations in charge of the PLC Hackathon and competitors from several technical faculties in Zagreb.
