We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who wants to play a long-term role in the development and shaping of our DFP (Digital Factory Platform), a MES solution designed for breweries and other process industries.

Job description:
- participating in the development and architecture of new DFP product features
- maintaining and continuously improving existing software solutions
- developing backend and frontend components of the system
- analyzing user and business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions
- researching and implementing new technologies and development approaches
- troubleshooting and analyzing issues in production environments
- applying software development best practices, quality standards, and development process automation
- collaborating with other members of the R&D team, automation engineers, and other departments across the company
- providing technical leadership to the development team
- mentoring and supporting team members in their professional development
- participating in work planning and defining the technical direction of development
- promoting a culture of quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development processes
Conditions:
- several years of experience developing business or industrial software solutions
- experience with the .NET platform
- experience developing applications with React
- excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including Git, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
- experience working on products that are continuously developed, maintained, and improved
- ability to make technical decisions independently and solve complex problems
- strong commitment to the quality, stability, and maintainability of software solutions
