Job description

Participation in the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal business IT systems
Participation in the development and maintenance of business reports, analyses, and dashboards
Working with databases, primarily through SQL queries, views, procedures, and data preparation
Working with ERP data and integrating ERP systems with other internal applications and reporting systems
Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and optimization
Collaborating with users from different departments to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
Participation in the development and implementation of AI tools for internal use
Testing, documenting, and deploying new functionalities
Providing user support for business IT systems
Continuous learning of new technologies, tools, and business processes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or secondary education (VSS/VŠS/SSS) in technical, IT, economics, or related field
Good knowledge of SQL or willingness to quickly learn and improve SQL skills
Good understanding of IT systems and business applications
Basic understanding of business processes
Basic understanding of accounting, finance, and business reporting
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes
Independence, responsibility, and a structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with users from different departments

Experience working with ERP systems
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools
Experience in developing SQL procedures, views, functions, and ETL processes
Experience in developing business applications
Understanding of financial, accounting, procurement, warehouse, or project processes
Knowledge of programming, especially Python or Java
Experience with low-code platforms, especially Mendix
Experience in integrating different business systems
Knowledge of APIs and data exchange between systems
Interest in AI tools, automation, and digital transformation of business processes
