Recently, the company established its first training center to provide an educational platform for all newly hired automation engineers.

The training center aims to introduce them to electrical engineering and control cabinet design. It  is equipped with an array of tools and materials, including an electrical cabinet, a PC with SCADA, an electrical motor on a stand, a simulation panel, and other demonstration materials.

These resources are carefully selected to provide our automation engineers with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of electrical engineering.

This training will not only prepare them for on-site work but also equip them with the necessary skills to handle the solutions that Montelektro develops once they are ready for operation.
