By hiring the 200th employee, Montelektro reached the highest number of employees in the company’s thirty-three-year history.
The 200th member of Montelektro’s diligent team became a former company’s scholarship beneficiary, Ante Limov, an automation engineer who recently graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb.
Ante is also among 149 automation, electrical and computing engineers hired at Montelekto.
The management board and employees marked this significant event for the company with the occasional cake and wine toast.
It was also an excellent opportunity to look into the gender, qualification, and age structure of people employed at Montelektro. The internal analysis has shown that most employees (138) are between 25-39 years old. Moreover, 156 employees have a university degree, and 34 are ladies (including 13 female engineers).

The company’s management finds these results as an additional confirmation of the strong development vision and capability of responding to future market challenges.
