Participating in career fairs to promote job opportunites at Montelektro

Over 75% of employees at Montelektro hold degrees from Croatia’s leading technical faculties. To engage with students and attract potential employees, Montelektro actively supports career events organized by these institutions. In May and June 2025, the company participated in three career fairs: the Job Fair hosted by the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Rijeka (RITEH), the Job Fair organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Zagreb (FER), and the Career Day held by the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences (TVZ).

At these events, former students from these faculties, who are now employees of Montelektro, showcased the various career opportunities available at the company. They highlighted options such as internships, scholarships, student jobs, support for writing master’s theses, permanent job positions, and various work-life balance opportunities that are an essential part of working at Montelektro.

Students who wanted to get more information about the specific job or how it looks an ordinary life of an engineer working at Montelektro, had the opportunities to attend the presentations held by our experienced engineers.
At the Faculty of Engineering in Rijeka, Matej Kovaček presented a typical working day at Montelektro, which includes both office and on-site engineering work, along with traveling around the world to provide services and solutions to the clients.
Visitors to the Job Fair organized by FER attended a tech talk by Arno Ružička, who shared insights about his professional journey and introduced an innovative digital solution called the Digital Factory Portal (DFP). This portal facilitates the digital transformation of breweries by utilizing and analyzing tremendous amount of production data.
