Once the commissioning and installation process is complete, we ensure the flawless functioning of the delivered solutions and products.

Reliable post-implementation support

  • The after-sales customer support contract period can last for six months or a year, and it is renewed automatically.
  • Within this contract, clients have access to our SLA portal which is available on the official website and contains all the reports on periodic maintenance checks.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE:

• Training the maintenance and production staff to work with the installed automation systems
• Advising on regular maintenance planning, investments in maintenance activities and installation of new automation systems
• Planned modifications, interventions and process analysis according to the requirements and descriptions received from the client
• Preventive inspection and maintenance of SCADA systems and industrial networks
• Planned annual visits
• Periodic remote checks (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly)

• 8/5 or 24/7 support and phone contact (dedicated engineer)
• Remote intervention for the highest priority issues within 90 minutes
