A couple of weeks ago, our engineers put into operation the new raw material handling plant and brewhouse at Brasserie du Bourbon in St. Denis, Reunion, a part of Heineken Group. The first brew was successfully done after months of working on the software development of the brewmaxx process control system, writing the functional design description (FDS), delivering IT infrastructure, and commissioning. 

It took seven months for Montelektro’s automation experts to carry out the project in the exotic French overseas department located in the Indian Ocean. 

The highly automated brewhouse is implemented according to Heineken standards. 

The final part of the cooperation includes current engineering support for the production processes and tunning of the work functions.
