At the end of 2020, Montelektro completed its investment in the construction of a new facility that meets its needs arising from the expansion of business and increased work capacity.

As a part of the project, the company bought two plots in 2018, which cover a total of 8,196 m2 of construction land. The original idea was to renovate the existing facility, however, during the design phase, the company’s management realized that the reconstruction of the existing facility, following all current regulations, is the best and most cost-effective option in the long term.

The construction of the new facility took two years, and at the end of 2020, all the preconditions for moving into the new modern office space were met. Thus, the design, procurement, and service departments are located on 850 m2 of office space, and the remaining 1200 m2 is intended for storage and a small workshop.

The value of the investment is EUR 2 million.
