In cooperation with the Business Academy of Zagreb School of Economics and Management, Montelektro has organized special workshops for middle and low-level management members in order to help them improve their communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Thus, during the past four months, 76 employees – team leaders, technical project managers, and project managers attended the educational program and workshops that provided them with the opportunities to detect the obstacles they face in usual, everyday work and communication with their superiors, colleagues, and clients and to learn how to avoid them by improving their communication style.

Education is a part of the company’s continuing care policy regarding employees’ professional and personal development.
