For years, Montelektro has been organizing various teambuilding events to join the employees from all company locations and strengthen their relations.
One of the most popular events among  employees is corporate sailing.

The first such gatherings were within a Fiumanka, an international sailing regatte organized every year in Rijeka.

Following the continuing increase in the number of employees over the years, the company management decided to organize a corporate sailing which would not be a part of any competition and would last more than a day.

Thus, the Montelektro sailing became a three-day event in which interested employees can enjoy the beautiful surrounding of the Adriatic Sea and gain basic sailing skills.
This year, 39 employees accepted the company’s invitation to spend time with their colleagues by sailing around the Kvarner Gulf islands and visiting the amazing caves and coasts of Cres, Lošinj, Ilovik, Pag, Rab, and Olib.
