On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the company, which was established on May 29th, 1990, Montelektro organized a birthday event in Rakov Jarak, the attractive location surrounded by Lake Bajer in the Croatian region Gorski Kotar.
The birthday party brought together employees and their families, who enjoyed delicious local food and music.

The whole day event was also fulfilled with the train ride organized from Rakov Jarak to Cave Vrelo, whose age is estimated at 3.5-4 million years old, and provided visitors with an unforgettable experience.

The employees and their guests also had fun competing in traditional games for the adults and children, such as ax throwing, Airsoft, archery, and sack jumping.

Traditionally, the anniversary event is a special occasion for presenting special recognition and rewards to the employees who celebrate their jubilee working anniversary in the current year.

Accompanied by the Management, the President of the Board, Mr. Ferucio Muzica, congratulated on celebrating jubilees by presenting a recognition, reward and plaquette. In his speech, Mr. Muzica expressed his gratitude to all employees who contributed to the company’s success over the years.

He wished Montelektro to continue a successful business, development, and progress, preserving a good reputation and a socially sensitive and humanely acceptable attitude towards their employees.

In 2023, 24 employees celebrated their working anniversary.
