Long term cooperation since 1997. included electrical erection, engineering and complete projects such as:
- 110 kV/6 kV power station
- 6 kV power distribution
- 0,4 kV power distribution
- Cement grinding plant in collaboration with KHD – Germany
- Row crusher (design, cabinets, automation, erection)
- Filter dust storage and design
- Old oil storage and dosign
- Old tires dosing
Those projects included design, cabinets, automation and erection.
Most compley project was modernisation of cement grinding plant including KHD roll press. Montelektro supplied transformers, power distribution, engineering, control system, commissioning, electrical installation.
We have implemented total of 25 MCC cabinets, 12 control cabinets, 39 ET200 modes, redundant HMI, 3000 m of cable troys, 35 km power cables, 40 km of signal cables, 2 X 950 kW, 2 X 400 kW, 50 kW, 200 kW motors with corresponding ABB converters, measuring and dosing equipment, field equipment, etc.
