During 2005, Montelektro did, as subsupplier of Krones – Steineker, a complicate reconstruction of complete filtration area in InBev Yantar brewery in Ukraine and as subcontractor of Unitec, automation of new flash pateriseur.
Scope of supply was installation of new complete filtration line with TFS Filter and PVPP filter and reconstruction of existing line with new PVPP filter. Also new CIP for complete area was installed.
Automation hardware is based on Siemens Simatic CPU 416-3 PLCs and ProfiBus as field level network. New supervision system is based on iFix software and Ethernet as communication network. All changes at existing line were implemented in existing Braumat automation system.
