Montelektro is supplier of automation system for complete technological part of beer production. Realization of this project included cooperation with different companies that delivered mechanical equipment and technology :
- Meura – brewhouse
- AlfaLaval – fermentation
- Kieselmann – filtration and BBTs.
Goal of this project was to significantly increase brewery capacity. During project execution, all existing automation systems were replaced by our ones that control the complete production process from brewhouse to filtration.
Automation hardware is based on four Siemens Simatic CPU 416 PLCs and ProfiBus as field level network. Visualization system is based on GE Fanuc iFix software with redundant configuration and Ethernet as communication network. Visualization system includes recipe management and data acquisition with report management.
